Welcome to my home page! My name is Denise Yerardi, and I am the Family Resource Coordinator for Crotched Mountain located in Greenfield, NH.
I am the mother of a 19 year old son who is visually impaired due to a degenerative eye disease called Retinitis Pigmentosa, he also experiences some learning difficulties. We are a success story though! Through constructive networking, strong advocacy and accessing the right program, my son is thriving! He is preparing for college and looking forward to working with other people with visual impairments, teaching them to access computers with assistive technology.
It is through our struggles that I realized the power of connecting parents to each other for support and mentoring, and I became a Parent to Parent Coordinator.
The Crotched Mountain Family Resource Center is located in Greenfield, NH. Our center is open for the community at large to access. Some of our features include:

A warm, inviting homelike atmosphere complete with a
kitchen and children's cornerThe coordinator is present at the center on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and is located in the Crotched Mountain Outpatient Clinic on Wednesday and Thursday. The Center's hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, or by appointment.
