Welcome to Respitality by Design
A Special Gift of Time

My name is Vicki Pepper and I am the parent of an adult daughter who has severe spastic cerebral palsy and for almost ten years I had been the Respitality Coordinator for the Area Agency of Greater Nashua, Inc.

In June 2003, I decided to open my own company - Respitality by Design. My company offers Respitality to non-profit organizations that provide Family Support services to parents and primary caregivers of individuals with special needs who live at home.

Respitality is the combination of "respite" to parents and primary caregivers of individuals with special needs with the "hospitality" of the hotel industry who have donated overnight stays.

My company offers the best option available to provide this "Gift of Time" as an on-going service to parents at an affordable cost. Your organization is given the opportunity to "design" your own Respitality program.

Respitality provides an opportunity to parents to strengthen their family unit in a unique way and to enable them to restore their mind, nourish their soul and refresh their body in a comfortable and welcoming environment provided by area host hotels and inns while their children are given the special care they require.

I currently have the support of 37 host hotels and inns within New Hampshire that have donated one or two evenings per month for our parents to enjoy.

Respitality by Design is always looking to provide Respitality to more non-profit organizations and always welcomes new host hotels or inns as partners in providing this special "Gift of Time."

And my company is always thankful for donations or grants from the community to help provide enhancements to the parents' stay with a dinner gift certificate, recreation and/or a gift for the parents during their stay.
